I'm Amita and I grew up drawing and painting the world around me. I combined my love of art with my design education to work as a graphic designer in corporate America. But as time went on, I missed being able to take on projects that allowed me to work one-on-one with clients to create pieces that were as personal to them as they are to me.
I started Amicreative in 2012 as a custom stationary boutique where I could work one-on-one with clients to create cherished keepsakes for their special events. My passion for creating modern, intricate designs led me to expand my line into a stationary and home goods line that celebrates the elegance in details.
Inspired by all of the vibrant patterns and colors from my Indian heritage and the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, I spend my days creating thoughtful and inky designs that come to life on paper and products. I aspire to continually create unique and one-of-a-kind designs that bring joy and a touch of the exotic to our everyday moments.
My work can be found on my online stores as well as boutiques throughout the Pacific Northwest. I can also be found at local craft fairs through out the year sharing my goods.
I welcome freelance opportunities in custom design, illustration, licensing, and textile design. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
