All products are designed and shipped from the Amicreative Studio in Renton, Washington.
Please complete the form on the right. After your form is received, we will follow up on how to place your first order. Once I receive your order, I will email you an invoice including the cost of shipping.
The opening order minimum is $100, the reorder minimum is $50. Amicreative accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. Full payment is required before shipment.
Our current turnaround time is 1 week. However, it may vary based on the holiday season. A ship date will be confirmed once you place your order. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order for an estimated ship date.
Shipping costs are charged at order fulfillment and will be included in the final invoice. Amicreative ships worldwide via USPS with tracking, from my studio in Renton, Washington. Amicreative is not responsible for carrier delays. Most local orders will be hand delivered if possible.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your oder. For returns or replacements or damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please email us within 5 days or reciept. All merchandise must be returned unopened and unused.
Display & Social Media
All items must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Box sets may not be broken up and sold individually. We love social media! Should you decide to post photos of our work, please tag us @amitanair.
